ABOUT THE POSITION
  • Full time Grace Kids Director
  • Reports to the Elder Team
  • On-site and Remote tasks
  • Compensation starting at $35,000

  • Has a meaningful and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Formal training or experience in leading a growing children's ministry
  • Passionate about reaching people with the Good News of Jesus
  • Enjoys working on a team

  • Heart for kids to know Jesus

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and oversee a thriving children's ministry at Grace.
  • Coordinate volunteer schedules
  • Develop volunteer training procedures
  • Equip volunteers to thrive as leaders in Grace Kids
  • Spiritually invest in the children and families at Grace
  • Help plan and execute summer kids programs such as VBS and Sports Camp
  • Weekly correspondence with Grace Kids Team Members and Parents
  • High level of involvement with AWANA Clubs midweek gatherings
